I get a kick out of walking behind these guys. Sometimes I imagine that they are holding hands and strolling along singing a little love duet.I stopped a pair of them recently, and commented on my appreciation of their presence in the downtown core.
One of the two laughed, and responded by repeating my words teasingly, "Ya, we think it's cool too."
Darn, I hadn't noticed that I had used hippie talk to address them.
