Breaking up - Part I

"I accidentally dropped your toothbrush in the toilet," I tell him with no sympathy.

He once told me that he had pissed in the soup that his roommate had been simmering on the stove.

"I didn't like the asshole," he had confided.

About the dropped toothbrush in the toilet, he asks with hate in his voice, "Why the fuck did you do that?"

I respond, feeling no emotion, "It was an accident. Just count yourself lucky that I told you."

Wow, I hope this is a bit of fiction you're writing here Woodsy. Otherwise, there are a number of people I feel quite sorry for...

Ditto - who could bear to be with someone who would piss in another person's food?

Harmony, sadly, it is a true conversation. Happily, the person who dropped the toothbrush is now incredibly happy. The angry guy is long gone, and, trust me, he does not deserve any one's sympathy. The only person you should feel sorry for is the guy who ate the soup!

XUP, My guess is... only an angel. But you ask a good question - why would an intelligent, well educated, worldly woman put up with staying with someone who acted in a terrible way? Anyone have the answer?

H.C., What an honour that you read my blog... but I guess you have time now. Did I understand you correctly? Do you mean Bill = hot sex? Well, maybe if one is a cigar enthusiast!
